visiting Safi kitchen – hands-on program
at Safi kitchen You will enjoy the local products such as eggs, cheese, honey, olive, jam, and local Shrak bread.
After having breakfast we will get on the farm’s bikes and cycle to the farm to pick up the fresh vegetables: tomatoes, eggplant, pepper, sweet pepper, and any other available types. Then we will transfer our harvest to Safi kitchen site, ready to participate in the cooking of lunch!
We’ll experience preparing local foods like Zerb, Sajeyyeh, Matabbal, rice, and salads, together with the local people of the farm.
We’ll end eating the delicious food that we prepared!
